Sales Assist AI provides AI-powered sales coaching, meeting preparation, proposal generation, and related business development tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail, Twilio). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate sales advice, proposals, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:

  • Should be reviewed and verified before use in critical business situations
  • May not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • Is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALES ASSIST AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
